Job Description

A senior-level professional is sought to partner with key stakeholders and provide strategic support in the field of human capital management.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, particularly in utilizing Power BI and DAX queries, as well as experience in maintaining regular reports and processes, including Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) practice for Data Lake.

Additionally, the successful applicant will be skilled in building and maintaining dashboards using enterprise-standard tools and modern visualisation techniques, supporting insights and storytelling through impactful data-driven decision making.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective data visualisation strategies to convey complex information and facilitate business outcomes.
  • Design and maintain advanced dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Maintain the integrity of large datasets and ensure accurate data interpretation and presentation.
Requirements
