Quantum Expert and Claims Management Professional

HKA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Quantum Expert and Claims Management Professional. As a key member of our global team, you will play a vital part in the continued growth of our consulting services in Asia.
We offer a wide range of services, including quantum, engineering, delay & disruption, and forensic accounting, to domestic and international clients. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality support services in construction claims, litigation support, commercial, or contractual advisory services to HKA and its clients.
- Be part of our quantum assessment and contract management team, responsible for leading and delivering commissions to ensure commercial and quality outcomes, while strengthening client relationships.
- Work on major projects worldwide, with international market exposure and opportunities for career progression.
- Contribute to the preparation and submission of complex claims and expert assignments.
- Extensive experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in cost, quantum, expert, and claims assessment matters.
- Proven experience working on claims, claims management, and cost analysis, preferably on international projects (including APAC and the Middle East).
- Demonstrable experience in using quantum analysis principles and prolongation, disruption, and general costs claims as part of the claims submission process.
- Ability to lead delivery initiatives and manage clients' expectations while undertaking commissions.
- Demonstrable experience working independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field.
