Senior System Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior System Support Specialist. This individual will play a critical part in ensuring the optimal performance of clinical systems and applications.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in supporting clinical trial systems for CROs and pharmaceutical companies.

  • This position requires a degree in a related field.
  • A strong understanding of clinical systems and applications is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provides Level 2 and Level 3 support for clinical systems, including CTMS, eTMF, and Vault Safety.
  2. Manages user access and user roles for clinical systems with GxP categorization.
  3. Delivers training on clinical IT systems and applications.
  4. Serves as the primary liaison with vendors and IT for maintenance changes and upgrades.
  5. Led and delivers User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades, new releases, and change management.
  6. Configures new projects, study-specific templates, checklists, look-up values, workflows, etc.
  7. Generates various reports from clinical and IT systems with GxP categorization.
