System Expert Role

The System Expert role plays a vital part in the day-to-day operations of clinical systems and IT applications, ensuring optimal system performance and managing system enhancements. This involves leading in resolving complex technical issues and mentoring junior team members to meet all defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

The successful candidate will provide training and technical support to users, contribute to the review and maintenance of processes and tools, and participate in the development of new projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical support for clinical and IT systems, including troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving critical issues within agreed service levels.
  • Manage user access and user roles for clinical and IT systems, adhering to established security protocols and policies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for users across different regions, ensuring they have the necessary skills to operate complex systems effectively.
  • Act as a primary liaison with vendors and IT teams, facilitating communication and ensuring seamless integration of new technologies.
  • Lead and deliver user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades, new releases, and change management initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
