Clinical Applications Specialist

As a Clinical Applications Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of clinical systems. You will work closely with clinical teams to embed IT systems into operational workflows, support data integrity, and drive continuous improvement.

This role requires someone with experience in administering clinical systems, such as iPM, Orion, or Cerner eMR/PAS. You should also have strong communication, technical problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide frontline application support for clinical systems
  • Maintain user access and manage technical documentation
  • Contribute to application configuration and integration
  • Work closely with clinical teams to improve healthcare delivery through smart IT solutions

Requirements:

  • Experience in administering clinical systems
  • Qualifications or experience in Health, IT, or Business
  • Strong communication, technical problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with ITIL and ISO 27001 standards
