About This Role

This position is for a Clinical Nurse Consultant who will deliver expert clinical nursing guidance on donor post-test result management and counseling, supporting Medical Services as needed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical nursing guidance for donor post-test result management and counseling
  • Support Medical Services as required

We seek a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and a postgraduate certificate in sexual health or equivalent experience. You should have minimum 5 years of post-registration experience in relevant practice and exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, change management expertise, conflict resolution skills, customer service experience, including post-test discussions, proficiency with computer systems, self-motivation, ability to work independently, initiative, accuracy, attention to detail, ability to apply clinical knowledge practically, effective problem-solving, prioritization, timely task completion, and experience with information and reporting systems.
