Senior Credit Risk Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Expert Risk Manager to join our team. As a critical member of our risk management division, you'll be responsible for developing and deploying risk frameworks that enable us to take calculated risks within approved limits.
As an Expert Risk Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective risk management strategies across various business areas.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of risk initiatives.
- Providing expert advice on credit origination, analysis, review, and recommendation.
- Analyzing industry trends and making informed recommendations to minimize potential risks.
- Reviewing transaction documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Working closely with stakeholders to optimize credit decisioning processes and turnaround times.
Success in this role requires:
- Proven experience in credit risk management, including exercising personal delegations in major financial institutions.
- High-level diversified industry knowledge, particularly in Agribusiness and Commercial risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills and client relationship management experience.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
