Enterprise Risk Lead Job Description

This leadership role involves developing and implementing enterprise-wide risk management strategies to ensure Grampians Health's sustainability. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.

  • Manage and evolve the Enterprise Risk Management framework
  • Provide expert advice on organisational risk and compliance
  • Lead development of risk strategies and governance documents
  • Promote use of systems like RiskMan and Risk Register
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive smarter decision-making
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in risk management or related field
  • Proven experience in enterprise risk systems (e.g. RiskMan / VHIMS)
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and change management skills
  • Knowledge of ISO 31000 and healthcare regulation
