Assistant Store Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and supervise daily store operations to ensure excellent customer service and high sales performance.
  • Lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to implement strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, progress and challenges.
  • Manage stock levels, inventory control and visual merchandising to maintain a visually appealing store environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a retail or trade environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues and external partners.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift, bend and climb safely, with minimal supervision.
