Job Title: Operational Supervisor

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Operational Supervisor to lead our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage a team of labourers/pickers to collect and sort materials for recycling as directed by their manager.
  • Take responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of their team and external visitors.
  • Ensure the team performs duties in an environmentally friendly way and complies with established procedures.
  • Liaise with the Maintenance team on plant service and repair requirements when directed.
  • Prepare shift reports, conduct pre-start inspections, and maintain production documentation accurately.
  • Drive a culture of respect by managing their team effectively.
  • Carry out all duties in line with company policies, procedures, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of waste classification.
  • Demonstrated experience in effective management and leadership.
