- You will engage with clients, the local community, and other local services to deliver education and information, build relationships, and foster a culture of support.
- You will work closely with clients to identify their needs and develop personalized plans to address their challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients.
- Liaise with external agencies and services to ensure comprehensive support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Relevant experience in domestic violence or homelessness support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
