Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at IPAR. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological.

About the Role:

This is a diverse and challenging role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case management and assessment of clients with workplace injuries or health conditions
  • Development and implementation of injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaboration with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to achieve return to work outcomes
  • Assessment and completion of various assessments using clinical skills
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • General or Provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC)
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded
  • Fabulous communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders
  • Compassion and kindness, with empathy and understanding of clients' needs
  • Well-developed time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
