Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services and support individuals in achieving return to health and return to work outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling, with experience working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Case management and assessment of clients with physical and psychological injuries;
  • Development and implementation of injury prevention and workplace education programs;
  • Collaboration with employers and employees to achieve return to work outcomes;
  • Working with medical and allied health professionals to support clients in their recovery;
  • Providing education and support to clients and employers on workplace health and safety and injury prevention.
