We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations across Australia and the APAC region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing payroll in multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional environments and possess a deep knowledge of Australian, New Zealand, and APAC payroll legislation and compliance.
The role involves leading a dedicated team of six, overseeing payroll for over 3,000 employees across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include ensuring payroll is accurate, compliant, and timely, while championing continuous improvements, system harmonisation, and the smooth integration of new businesses.
