Exceptional Guest Experience Specialists Sought After

The Role:

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who can deliver outstanding customer service and make a lasting impression on our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting visitors with a warm and welcoming smile, assisting them with queries and special requests, and providing accurate and helpful information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all visitors to the customer service desk with a friendly attitude and create amazing first impressions
  • Assist guests with queries and special requests, consistently striving to delight the customer by going above and beyond
  • Provide accurate and correct information & directions, anticipating customer needs and acting immediately to resolve complaints

Requirements:

  • Impeccable presentation and grooming
  • 5-star customer service skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
  • Adequate flexibility and availability to work across a 7-day week, including Public Holidays
  • Full VIC/SA/WA/NSW/ACT Drivers Licence is essential as Valet parking is a part of the role
  • Prior customer-facing customer service or hospitality experience preferred
