Grounds Maintenance Position

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain landscapes through mowing, edging, sweeping/blowing, pruning, hedge/tree trimming, weed control and Astro turf maintenance.
  • Enhance gardens with woodchip mulch, sand pit maintenance, new plants and other decorative elements.
  • Clean external building surfaces using pressure washing as needed.
  • Remove all garden waste and transfer it to authorized waste disposal facilities.
  • Ensure timely updates on job progress.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in grounds or landscaping maintenance services.
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record, including experience driving with trailers.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently and make sound decisions promptly.
  • High standards of integrity and reliability.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

This is a full-time position located in Northern Sydney. The successful candidate will work in various weather conditions and require a valid driver's license.
