Transform your career with an exciting opportunity to join our grounds maintenance team as a Horticultural Specialist.
As a key member of our outdoor workforce, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in lawn care and grounds upkeep across residential properties in Sydney's Northern Beaches and North Shore. We are looking for someone who takes pride in crisp edges, spotless lawns, and leaving clients satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of presentation by mowing, edging, and trimming lawns with precision.
- Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers) to ensure flawless performance and safety.
- Clear debris, weeds, and leaves thoroughly from gardens and outdoor areas.
- Perform basic tasks (watering, mulching, pruning) with keen attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Provide excellent customer service: listen to requests, address concerns on-site, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Report property issues promptly (e.g., broken sprinklers, pest sightings).
Job Types: Full-time, Casual, Temp to perm
Pay: $27.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
