We are seeking experienced landscape professionals to join our skilled team. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting with site set-out and ground levelling, conducting thorough site preparation, expertly handling planting, transplanting, and replacing plants, installing various landscape materials, performing general garden maintenance tasks, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all site areas, thriving in an outdoor-based role, adapting to work under various weather conditions, prioritizing workplace health and safety, and facilitating the development and training of fellow team members.

About this role:

Assisting with site set-out and ground levelling to ensure precise and accurate landscaping.

Conducting thorough site preparation for upcoming projects.

Expertly handling planting, transplanting, and replacing plants to maintain or enhance outdoor spaces.

Installing various landscape materials such as pathways, garden beds, planters, fencing, and paving to create beautiful and functional environments.

Performing general garden maintenance tasks including pruning, mulching, weeding, and fertilizing as needed to keep landscapes in top condition.

Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all site areas to uphold standards.

Thriving in an outdoor-based role, adapting to work under various weather conditions.

Prioritizing workplace health and safety to create a secure environment for yourself and team members.

Facilitating the development and training of fellow team members to foster growth and expertise within the team.

  • Proven experience in similar roles (1 - 3 years)
  • Qualified in Landscape Construction, Horticulture or related field
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Sound knowledge of horticulture, soft and hard landscaping
  • Current NSW drivers license (own transportation preferable)
  • White Card
