About the Role

We seek an experienced professional to lead individual giving efforts, focusing on corporate partnerships to achieve financial and non-financial key performance indicators.

The role involves developing and delivering a range of projects as part of an annual business plan, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen our fundraising program and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies for engaging individuals through corporate channels.

  3. Contribute to the development of an annual business plan, outlining goals and objectives for individual giving initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in individual giving or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of corporate philanthropy and fundraising strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
