RSPCA NSW is committed to the care and welfare of animals, providing extensive professional facilities, including fully equipped veterinary hospitals and our state-wide shelter network, with approximately 500 staff across NSW to care for animals.

The **Regular Giving Coordinator** plays a vital role in supporting the Regular Giving Manager in the implementation and coordination of regular giving campaigns and strategies. This position is responsible for assisting in the execution of donor acquisition, retention, and upgrade initiatives to drive revenue growth. The Regular Giving Coordinator will provide administrative support, assist with data management, and contribute to the overall success of the regular giving program.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in the delivery of regular giving campaigns across various channels, including sms, direct mail, digital platforms, and telemarketing
- Coordinate the production and distribution of campaign materials, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution and fulfilment
- Support the Regular Giving Manager in tracking campaign progress, monitoring response rates, and providing regular updates
- Assisting in developing and executing declines management processes and retention journeys
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date donor records in the fundraising database
- Perform data entry and updates, ensuring the integrity and hygiene of donor information
- Conduct regular data cleansing activities to eliminate duplicates and maintain data accuracy
- Support the Regular Giving Manager in generating donor lists and segmentation for targeted regular giving communications
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of regular giving communications, including thank-you letters, receipts, and acknowledgments
- Support the coordination of regular donor communication schedules and ensure timely and personalized stewardship activities
- Collaborate with the Supporter Care team to address donor inquiries and provide excellent donor service
- Contribute to the development of donor-centric messaging and content for regular giving materials
- Assist in generating regular reports on campaign performance, donor acquisition, retention rates, and key performance indicators
- Contribute to the analysis of fundraising data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, summarising campaign results and impact
- Provide administrative support to the Regular Giving Manager, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing correspondence
- Support the Regular Giving Manager in organising meetings, workshops, and training sessions for Face to Face fundraisers, including implementation of a rewards-based program
- Work with National Lottery Manager on data implementation and look at opportunities for cross collaboration
- Work closely with the Philanthropy Manager to ensure the Regular Givers who are giving at a high level are being effectively stewarded
- Work with the Individual Giving Manager for opportunity to highlight potential Regular Givers and for recently cancelled Regular Givers to be stewarded by the Individual Giving Program
- Comply with all RSPCA NSW policies and procedures, as implemented, varied or replaced from time to time

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 2 year experience in a customer service or fundraising administration role

**EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated skills in project/campaign management or coordination
- High-level written and oral communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Experience using CRM, marketing automation and reporting platforms, working knowledge of Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, Marketing Cloud PowerBi, or similar programs is highly regarded

**SKILLS**

- Ability to prioritise and work effectively to meet tight project deadlines while producing quality work.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Copy writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
