Chief Process Enhancement Officer

Key responsibilities of the Process Improvement Specialist include undertaking a comprehensive desktop audit across various departments to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
The successful candidate will prioritize high-value processes, facilitate workshops with staff to understand current state process maps, and design future state requirements.
Additionally, they will coach and assist staff in implementing business improvement tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Document Council Processes in a centralized repository
- Provide expert advice on policy and procedures based on business improvement outcomes
- Assist with software procurement processes and liaison with vendors/suppliers as required
- Develop a program of work to capture, design, and improve organizational processes
- Support the delivery of key improvement opportunities as directed
Essential skills for this role include effective interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in providing expert advice and recommendations to senior management, facilitating continuous improvement workshops, and engaging staff in process analysis.
Proven experience in training/coaching Business Process Improvement tools & Methodologies is essential for success in this position.
