Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Site Manager to lead a team of contractors across various projects.

About the Role:

  • This is an opportunity for you to utilize your skills and experience in supervising, risk management, and contractor management.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring project safety, technical specifications, and quality standards are met.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in infrastructure construction, carpentry, or a similar trade, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Project Managers to coordinate and prioritize project work
  2. Manage sub-contractors and develop project documentation
  3. Maintain stakeholder communications and expectations
  4. Identify and mitigate risks within the project lifecycle
  5. Support development of scope of works for design and construction tender documents

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in supervising and leading teams
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and drawings
  • Experience in infrastructure construction and contractor management
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
