Job Description

An opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale construction project. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of a high-profile development and make a significant impact within a leading construction firm.

The Site Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the project, from planning to completion. This includes monitoring financial performance and timelines, ensuring key targets are achieved.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams is crucial for the success of this project.

Stability with previous employers and previous experience with a well-known commercial builder are also preferred.
