Senior Geological Data Consultant

maxgeo is a leading provider of data solutions to the mining and exploration industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Geological Data Consultant to join our global team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality data solutions with exceptional client focus
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain geological databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Monitor and report on geological activities, providing insights and recommendations to the business
  • Produce weekly and monthly statistics and reports, highlighting trends and areas for improvement
  • Liaise with clients, conduct site visits, and provide training on maxgeo solutions
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in mining or exploration
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with geological databases
  • Working knowledge of DataShed is an advantage
  • Tertiary qualification in computing science or geoscience is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel and work in a hybrid environment
