About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CRM Real Time Manager to join our team at EPG Payroll and HR Pty Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end campaign execution for Real Time CRM campaigns, as well as Live operations planning across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Ownership: Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from ideation to execution, and ensure seamless communication across all retention channels.
  2. Develop and implement strategic campaigns to increase customer engagement and average lifetime value.
  3. Collaborate with the analytics team to understand customer behavior and tailor campaign journeys accordingly.
  4. Own key performance indicators (KPIs) for respective campaigns and present results and insights to the business.
  5. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
  6. Manage and mentor a team of CRM specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company fully leverages its marketing tools.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in CRM, with a solid understanding of online casino and poker products.
  2. Proven track record of managing end-to-end campaign processes, including ideation, planning, execution, analysis, and optimization.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure tests, understand data analysis, and take meaningful action based on results.
  4. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of CRM specialists.
  5. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
