About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager to join our team at Real Time, a global FinTech leader. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing all aspects of events, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Execution: Develop and implement event strategies to engage with customers, partners, and vendors, including virtual and in-person events.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure event success and inform future event planning.
Requirements
  • Event Planning Experience: Proven experience in end-to-end event planning and execution, including webinars, conferences, and training events.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
