Job Summary

The Construction Technical Support Manager oversees the delivery of Grain and Protein projects as a site representative, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality control of equipment installation in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Manage projects to ensure they are run efficiently on site, completed to end-user satisfaction with final end-user sign-off.">
  • Coordinate and mobilize onsite construction crews, including regular site meetings between construction crews, regulators, end-users, and other stakeholders.">
  • Implement after-sales support processes for customers to ensure rectifications are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.">
  • Oversee the unpacking of freight to ensure materials are not damaged during unpacking processes and short shipments are managed as needed.">
  • Timely submission of project reporting to management.">
  • Collaborate with H.O. resources to coordinate and arrange suitable information is communicated and understood to on-site construction teams for timely and accurate completion of projects, primarily design drawings and installation process information.">
  • Problem solve and report technical issues as they arise.">
  • Provide technical support for sales managers during the pre-sales process.">
  • Perform all duties in accordance with Federal and State laws and in line with Company Policies and Procedures, whenever applicable.

Requirements

">
  • Prior experience in the construction industry.">
  • Rural experience advantageous.">
  • Experience in managing construction teams.">
  • Basic understanding of ANZ building codes, including council compliance/permits/consents processes.">
  • Project Management experience or qualifications considered advantageous.">
  • Computer literacy.">
  • High attention to detail.">
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
">

Preferred Qualifications

">
  • Associate's/Technical Degree in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, or intensive animal production.">
  • Training or Certification required for C-Lines building construction methodology.
">
