Master Construction Site Manager

This role involves overseeing on-site construction and EHS requirements, ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Report to the Senior Project Manager and manage the on-site construction and EHS requirements for a project portfolio.
- Develop effective preventative measures in all areas of work, including reporting of all incidents and near misses.
- Collaborate with operational staff to identify high-risk activities and determine EHS support requirements.
- Coordinate multiple subcontractors, including site access, permitting, work planning, etc.
- Review subcontractor construction documentation including JSA, lift plans, etc., and ensure compliance with supplied documentation.
- Ensure thorough site compliance including work permits by conducting regular audits and investigations and root cause analysis.
- Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety.
- At least 10 years HSE / Construction experience within the pharmaceutical or similar industry.
- Experience managing multi-cultural teams and workforces.
- Site-based experience.
- Strong technical skills in EHS management and emergency responses.
