Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in supervising site operations, managing teams, and coordinating with stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and planning site activities, including labor schedules, equipment usage, and materials procurement;
  • Supervising and directing a team of tradespeople and laborers to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks;
  • Monitoring and controlling site costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses;
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards;
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation related to site operations;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in construction site supervision or a similar role;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Project;
  • Ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and perform physical labor;
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required;
