Site Management Role

Our organisation seeks a skilled site manager to provide exceptional site management services for clients.

This role requires the ability to manage all aspects of site activity from establishment through to defect rectification. The successful candidate will undertake responsibility for onsite safety, establishing sites in accordance with Workplace Health & Safety requirements, and possess a detailed knowledge of project scopes, contracts, and project time frames.

The role involves coordinating all trades, inducting and managing subcontractors and site employees, engaging in reviews with construction and building managers, recording daily site activities, and carrying out effective toolbox talks.

  • Effective communication, leadership and team building skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Previous experience working on health or education construction projects is highly desirable.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships is critical.
  • Tertiary, trade and safety qualifications are required.
  • Flexibility, adaptability and problem-solving expertise are necessary for this position.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Project, Word, Excel and Outlook is expected.
  • Enthusiasm, passion and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
