Facilities Manager
Job DescriptionAs a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Manager, you will support our team in managing vendor relationships, maintaining records, and providing administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the account manager and senior facilities staff in managing vendor relationships and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facilities management activities.
- Assist with the tender process, including tender responses and requests for information.
- Provide administrative support to the facilities management team as needed.
- Prior experience working in facilities management is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
