">Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Professional to support our facilities management operations.
In this dynamic role, you will work alongside senior facilities managers to ensure the smooth daily operation of client facilities while delivering exceptional service that enhances workplace experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, addressing occupant requests, and monitoring service delivery.
">Responsibilities- Support day-to-day facilities management operations
- Coordinate maintenance activities and address occupant requests
- Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Conduct regular building inspections to identify potential issues
- Maintain accurate facilities documentation including floor plans, equipment inventories, and maintenance records
- 1-3 years of experience in facilities management or related field
- Working knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
