Job Opportunity: Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring they meet operational and employee experience needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of project coordination and office fit-outs, ensuring seamless transition into business-as-usual operations.
  • Serving as the on-ground single point of contact for all office fit-outs, refurbishments, and relocations.
  • Collaboration with the global facilities team to ensure alignment with organizational standards and timelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with Australian building codes and local council regulations during fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Requirements:
  • Australian OH&S certification and proven experience in a professional services office environment.
  • Proven experience in multi-site facilities management, preferably in office environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter and willingness to proactively manage the facilities function to ensure zero downtime of services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholder management abilities.
