Job Title: Facilities Management Professional

Job Description:

The Facilities Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across our industrial and commercial portfolio. This strategic position ensures the optimal performance and longevity of assets, plant, and equipment through proactive maintenance and lifecycle planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead compliance efforts across essential services and risk management, aligned with industry standards
  • Collaborate with property teams to oversee budget expenditure and financial planning
  • Procure and negotiate service contracts, manage tenders and RFPs with precision
  • Deliver accurate expenditure and performance reports for monthly and quarterly updates
  • Uphold OH&S standards through regular audits and legislative compliance reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to foster strong relationships across tenants, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset—able to resolve challenges independently and efficiently
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Solid understanding of industry best practices, sustainability principles, and legislative compliance
  • Strong technical knowledge of building services and operations, proven experience in risk management
