Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Beverage Service Professional. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, promoting high standards of quality and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to guests, sharing knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverages.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of our extensive wine, spirit, beer, and cocktail lists.
  • Assist with stock control, pricing, and procurement to maintain efficient operations.
  • Follow our sequence of service to deliver a consistently excellent experience for our guests.
  • Perform general waiting duties and assist the floor team as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong waiting experience and a passion for quality beverage service.
  • Good understanding of wine and spirits.
  • Proven ability to build meaningful relationships with guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.
