Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of Salesforce, including user administration, data integrity, reporting, and system customization.
  • Process Optimization: Identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Revenue Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support revenue optimization initiatives and provide insights to leadership.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with growth, marketing, finance, and other teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of revenue operations strategies.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor performance and support strategic decision-making, using Salesforce & Hockeystack and ensuring data is accurate.
  • Training and Enablement: Provide training and support, holding the growth team accountable for the use of Salesforce and other tools within our tech stack (Gong, Apollo, Sales Navigator).
What We Need From You:
  • Proven experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role, with a strong focus on Salesforce administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, including customizations, integrations, and data management. Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and building dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a willingness to take risks and drive change.
