Job Title

Drive innovation in learning to build a workforce of champions. As a Senior Specialist Learning Design, you'll partner with senior leaders to understand their needs and design complex solutions that build capability and help our people thrive.

You'll work collaboratively with colleagues to create engaging learning resources and tools, and offer expert consultancy on key projects. Your work will shape the future of learning across Australia.

We're looking for someone with proven experience in learning design, digital learning development tools, and project management. You should have exposure to working in medium-large organisations, managing multiple stakeholders, and engaging senior leaders.

A collaborative approach, strong analytical skills, and a continuous learning mindset are essential. Familiarity with AI-assisted learning tools is advantageous.

This is a fixed-term opportunity. We're open to flexible working arrangements and candidates from various locations around Australia.
