Senior Family Reunification Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Practitioner to join our Integrated Family Services Reunification program.
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree in Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood, or related Social Sciences, or extensive equivalent experience.
They will have strong working knowledge of South Australian child protection legislation, including the Aboriginal Child Placement Principle.
With a focus on culturally responsive and inclusive service delivery, the Senior Practitioner will apply therapeutic, strengths-based interventions to promote child safety, wellbeing, and reconnection with family.
Key responsibilities include building strong relationships across services, facilitating effective collaborations, and creating practical case plans that support long-term reunification.
