Job Title: Process Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Improvement Specialist to lead the standardization of our manufacturing processes, optimize beverage production efficiency, and champion quality excellence. This is a critical role that requires expertise in process technology, lean manufacturing principles, and six sigma methodologies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and environmental performance.
  • Partner with manufacturing teams to champion continuous improvement and drive business outcomes.
  • Mentor and train team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to achieve process excellence.

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in engineering (mechanical or mechatronics) or relevant industry experience.
  • At least 3 years' experience in FMCG beverage manufacturing or a related field, preferably in a process or improvement engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of process technology, including state-of-the-art equipment and systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and six sigma concepts.
