We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This role involves working closely with customers, sales staff, and production teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Support the sales team with customer enquiries, quotes, and order processing
  2. Build strong relationships with customers via phone, email, and in-person
  3. Follow up on quotes and outstanding orders to ensure timely communication
  4. Provide product knowledge and recommend solutions tailored to client needs
  5. Data entry and maintenance of sales records and customer databases
  6. Create and manage job files, purchase orders, and delivery schedules
  7. Assist with invoicing, accounts, and general filing
  8. Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery

Requirements :

  • Prior experience in sales support or administration (experience in glass industry highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of products or a willingness to learn
