About the Role

You will work closely with stakeholders across HR and payroll to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that support workforce management and operational efficiency.

About You

You are a hands-on SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in EC and Time Off. You enjoy solving system issues, designing better processes, and collaborating with the business to deliver improvements.

  • Proven experience across the full lifecycle of EC and Time Off implementations
  • At least five years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience
  • SAP certifications in EC and Time Off
  • Strong consulting skills across requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence
