We're seeking a seasoned expert to drive workforce management solutions forward. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the way our clients manage their workforce.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Spearheading implementation projects with defined project goals, client needs assessments, and tailored project plans.
  • Delivering training sessions, providing resources, and offering ongoing guidance to ensure seamless transitions to our platform.
  • Crafting customized solutions to meet client requirements by configuring our Talent platform.
  • Ensuring functionality and integration through rigorous testing, addressing any issues that may arise, and providing technical support.
  • Bridging gaps between Humanforce and client systems through close collaboration with IT teams.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, gathering feedback, and maintaining open communication channels.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and generating progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Continuously improving processes to maintain consistency and quality across implementations.

This position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with experience working in workforce management or human resource consulting. Demonstrated expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems is also essential. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and project management tools is necessary.
