Job Title: Workforce Planning Analyst

This role requires an experienced workforce planning professional to provide expert analytical support and develop advanced reporting tools for the Workplace Relations Branch.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advanced analytics, data modelling, and forecasting, as well as experience in managing complex data analysis and reporting environments.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Developing sophisticated reports and data models to support the investigation and analysis of award performance.
  • Providing expert and strategic advice on reporting improvement options at local and system level.
  • Working collaboratively with the Workplace Relations Team to identify and implement solutions to improve reporting capabilities.

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Tertiary qualification and/or extensive work experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Highly developed knowledge and skills in advanced analytics, data modelling, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex data analysis and reporting environments, programs or projects.
