Seeking experienced professionals to fill three Contract Administrator positions. These roles will be based in busy and well-established builder locations, with a strong pipeline of projects ranging from $500K to $15M.

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and a proven track record in commercial, refurbishment, and fitout projects. They must demonstrate the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, possess high-level planning and organisational skills, and be able to self-manage workflow.

A key requirement is the ability to work as part of a team and in autonomy, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. The successful candidates will also have strong IT skills, including proficiency in WORKBENCH, CHEOPS, and EXCEL.

Responsibilities:

  • Selecting and reviewing suppliers and subcontractors
  • Negotiating and preparing contracts
  • Managing, liaising, and coordinating subcontractors
  • Providing accurate and timely submission of progress, variation, and contractual claims
  • Managing RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants
  • Working closely with site management and management teams
  • Budget management and reporting
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on cost

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Proven track record in commercial, refurbishment, and fitout projects
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
  • High-level planning and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to self-manage workflow and demonstrate initiative
  • Ability to work as part of a team and in autonomy
