Customer Experience Lead

The key objective of this role is to create exceptional experiences for our guests. This will involve leading daily operations and ensuring that high service standards are consistently met.

A successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer care and be committed to taking ownership of every guest interaction. They will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower their team members to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure high service standards are met\
  • Handle guest concerns quickly and efficiently, tracking and notifying relevant areas to create memorable moments\
  • Keep employees informed about priorities to personalize service\
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement\
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of guest issues\
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and growth\\/ul>\

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Hospitality or a related field\
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry\
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities\
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills\
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences\
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment\
  • Familiarity with Opera or related systems\\/ul>\
