Software Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Australia. As a pioneer in business transformations, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
As an Inside Sales Rep, you will become a key driver of sales success, qualifying new opportunities, closing deals, and building long-lasting relationships with customers. You will work closely with our global team to stay ahead of the curve in the software development industry.
Responsibilities:- Qualify and close sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, exceeding quarterly quotas.
- Research and understand customers' business needs, annual revenue, and current vendors.
- Become proficient in demonstrating our products to increase sales.
- Negotiate customized packages with customers to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with sales executives to drive team success.
- Maintain customer relationships post-sale to sell additional products or services.
Requirements for this role include 3-5 years of proven inside sales experience, a track record of over-achieving quota, strong phone presence, proficiency in corporate productivity tools, and experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
