Job Title: Placement Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Adelaide. As a Placement Support Specialist, your role will be to monitor and provide support to individuals in employment, identify barriers to ongoing employment and develop strategies to assist them in maintaining their job.

This role can be located at any of our sites locally, allowing for flexibility and convenience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in employment services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently in challenging environments.
  • Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • High degree of self-motivation.
  • Strong engagement and relationship building skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel suites of programs.

Essential Requirements:

  • Eligible to work in Australia.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle for work purposes.
  • Criminal history check.
  • Working with Children Check.
