About the Role

  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our owners and guests.
  • Offer expert knowledge of local area attractions, activities, and events.
  • Collaborate with the resort operations team to ensure a high level of service and a smooth check-in process.
  • Meet and greet guests, generating sales appointments for our sales centers and livestream events.
  • Build rapport with guests to deliver an exceptional experience and meet targets and KPIs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel or customer service position.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy and experience with PMS systems.
