Sales Team Lead

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our National Accounts team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets assigned to key national and/or major accounts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Sales Team Leadership & Management:**
• Lead a high-performing team to consistently achieve sales targets and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Manage contractual obligations and identify new business solutions to drive growth.
• Lead and motivate a diverse sales team to deliver client-centric solutions that meet the needs of large Australian retailers and navigate internal business structures to deliver these solutions.
**Sales Data Management:**
• Analyze sales performance, track relationships, and manage accounts using platforms and dashboards (Salesforce, Tableau).
• Offer strategic recommendations based on data analysis and market insights, identifying emerging opportunities and potential risks, and guide senior management in making informed decisions to drive business growth and profitability.
**Sales Revenue Optimisation:**
• Strategically drive revenue generation through print and digital channels by identifying market opportunities, developing innovative sales strategies, and fostering strong client relationships to maximise revenue growth and meet sales targets.
• Position the company as a trusted advisor by offering comprehensive solutions that address clients' unique challenges and opportunities.
**Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management:**
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to become the first point of call for their business solutions and champion the company's brands in the marketplace.
• Engage clients in strategic conversations about their business objectives and challenges, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with their goals and priorities.
• Lead ongoing strategy and solution development, ensuring a client-centric approach.
• Provide relevant insights at key market presentations and negotiations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve business objectives.
**Who are you?**
• Proven track record of success in sales management roles, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
• Experience in managing relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet their objectives, resulting in high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth through Print & Digital channels, with a strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic sales plans aligned with organizational objectives, achieving revenue targets, identifying market opportunities, and developing innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Experience in strategic account management, including identifying and prioritizing key accounts, developing account plans, and executing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
