Project Coordinator Role

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will oversee a commercial repair project in Brisbane, coordinating day-to-day site operations and supervising all trades. They will manage subcontractors across multiple disciplines and ensure strict adherence to WHS regulations and site safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day site operations and supervise all trades personnel.
  • Oversee the management of subcontractors across various disciplines.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations and site safety standards.
  • Monitor progress, sequencing, and quality of works to meet project deadlines.
  • Liaise effectively with subcontractors and project management to resolve issues and maintain efficient operations.

Skill Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in commercial repair projects, preferably within the insurance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of site safety protocols, sequencing, and contractor coordination.
  • EWP ticket is desirable but not essential.
  • Availability for a 4-week contract commencing end of August.
